Musiam Paris wins the contract for operating the restaurants at the Louvre Museum
New concessionMusiam Paris is proud to have been selected, following a competitive call for tenders, to design the new culinary experience for the world-renowned Louvre Museum.
The project presented by Musiam Paris is grounded in essential values shared with the Louvre, including accessibility, hospitality, sincerity, and French expertise. To write this culinary story, Musiam Paris has assembled a collective of talented designers and chefs.
Women and men who represent the best that France has to offer, with a diversity of outlooks and creative approaches to appeal to all audiences: Jessica Préalpato, World’s Best Pastry Chef 2019, Chef Florent Ladeyn, one Etoile and one Etoile verte in the Michelin Guide, Pascal Rigo et Arnaud Chevalier, creative bakers, Franco-Brazilian Chef Alessandra Montagne, and Michelin-starred one Etoile and one Etoile verte Chef Vivien Durand.
