Lisa
Station Head Waitress
After earning a high school diploma in hospitality, Lisa went on to complete a tourism BTS. Her passion for the restaurant industry brought her to Café Campana, where she has since grown into her role as Station Head Waitress.
Every day, she welcomes guests and helps create the unique atmosphere of this iconic café and its magnificent clock.

Herlan
Station Head Waiter
Before joining the Musée d’Orsay in 2008, Herlan spent 20 years working on cruise ships. It was at the Musée d’Orsay that he discovered his passion for the restaurant world. Starting as a Commis at the Restaurant du Musée d’Orsay, he worked his way up to become a Station Head Waiter.
When Café Campana opened in 2011, Herlan joined the team, where he continues to thrive and excel in his role.

Valentin
Assistant Manager
After completing his studies, Valentin began his career at Molitor, then refined his skills at the Plaza Athénée. His curiosity and desire to explore took him to Australia, where he broadened his experience before returning to Paris. He then spent five years working in renowned establishments such as Contraste and Liquide, perfecting his expertise in service, before joining Les Ombres restaurant last September, where he now offers our guests an ever more refined dining experience.

Claire
Dining Room Manager
Claire began her career in pastry and cuisine before transitioning to restaurant service just a few months ago.
Her background in hospitality inspires her to constantly learn and introduce new ideas.
Her priority? Ensuring team cohesion and well-being to make each guest’s experience as warm and memorable as possible.
