Responsible and Festive Mixology: The Art of Cocktails in the Spirit of Margot Combat
This new venue’s festive atmosphere is anything but stuffy; it fits Margot Combat to a tee with tongue-in-cheek references to the late twentieth century, while making responsible and respectful choices firmly rooted in our times: alcohol bought in bulk in recyclable and returnable containers, a zero waste policy, French fruit liqueurs sourced from Cognac, and as a tribute to the museum, recipes taking inspiration from all five continents. Around the signature Bramble cocktail, there are other alcohol-based and non-alcoholic variations featuring local, French cocktails in hues of red, green and yellow. The bartenders are a wonderfully enthusiastic team excited to showcase their mixology expertise at the very essence of their profession.
