This season’s cocktail menu is inspired by the sun-drenched flavours of the Mediterranean.
A lavender-infused Royal Spritz brings a touch of Provence, while a gourmet creation blending Amaretto and apricot playfully nods to both the Italian crostata and the French financier.
The menu is paired with a selection of summer delights to enjoy “with your fingertips” – savoury, frozen, or sweet – crafted. A truly sensory and delicate journey for the palate.
