Chef Nicolas Diegues offers an audacious and refined brasserie cuisine. He presents a generous menu inspired by his childhood memories. Les Ombres is a member of the Collège Culinaire de France, a collective of culinary professionals committed to demanding, artisanal and seasonal gastronomy.
